Lady Jackets Drop Home Opener

Rockwall lost their home opener to Poteet 62-52 on Friday night. The Lady Jackets got behind early, but came back to take the lead briefly in the 3rd quarter. The game went back and forth until the final two minutes when Poteet pulled ahead for good. The Lady Jackets were led in scoring by Alyssa Lang who finished with 18. Kayla Smith chipped in 12, including a couple of 3 pointers in the 3rd quarter. Hannah Hughes had 10 points followed by Paige Turner with 8.
