Lady Jackets End First Round of District with Win

The Lady Jackets won against JJ Pearce tonight 54-30. Alyssa Lang and Ellen Baker led the team in scoring with 13 points. They Lady Jackets are now 22-6 overall and 6-1 in district. The Lady Jackets are tied for 1st after the first round of district with Wylie.

The JV won 49-21 tonight against JJ Pearce as well. KK Hutton led the team in scoring with 9 points.

Both teams will travel to Highland Park on Tuesday night to take on the Lady Scouts

The Lady Jacket Basketball Team has had great players in the past, and we are looking forward to the Future Lady Jackets joining us in the upcoming years!

I hope that the young girls in Rockwall are beginning to “dream big” for the future. As the Varsity coach, I certainly want our basketball team to be successful each and every season. Our goal is to win district, Regional, and State Championships! Even more important than championships is the development of these girls as individuals. We want Lady Jackets to grow in character and to become better people through their involvement in the program.

We hope to see you at the Lady Jackets games this season! I am excited about the FUTURE LADY JACKETS program!
