Lady Jacket Hoops: Coach McDill Send-off Reception

If you haven't heard the news... Coach McDill has stepped down as the head basketball coach at RHS and is heading to Sunnyvale. The McDill's live in Sunnyvale and their oldest son is about to start high school there. Coach McDill's husband Paul is also a Pastor in Sunnyvale. Her departure is bittersweet. She hates to leave Rockwall, but feels like this is the best decision for her family.

The high school is hosting a send-off reception next Monday, April 22nd in the RHS Cafeteria Annex at 6:30pm. All Future Lady Jackets are welcome to attend to say good-bye to Coach McDill and send her off with best wishes.

The Lady Jacket Basketball Team has had great players in the past, and we are looking forward to the Future Lady Jackets joining us in the upcoming years!

I hope that the young girls in Rockwall are beginning to “dream big” for the future. As the Varsity coach, I certainly want our basketball team to be successful each and every season. Our goal is to win district, Regional, and State Championships! Even more important than championships is the development of these girls as individuals. We want Lady Jackets to grow in character and to become better people through their involvement in the program.

We hope to see you at the Lady Jackets games this season! I am excited about the FUTURE LADY JACKETS program!
