5th Grade Future Lady Jackets finish out the season with two big wins!

What a great way to finish out the season!  The girls played two games back-to-back and didn't even begin to tire, determined to finish strong.  First was a 12-4 win over the Cool Cats.  Shelby White led the scoring with 4 points, while Bekah Jones, Macy McCartney, Kara Taylor, and Cassidy Williams contributed two points each.  Then it was time to face off against the Haggar Hotshots.  After starting the game behind, the girls were determined to come out ahead.  A close game resulted in a 19-16 win for the Lady Jackets!  Macy McCartney had an impressive 10 points.  Jacqueline Mote, Kara Taylor, Shelby White and Gloria Drewery contributed 2 points each and Bekah Jones was able to sink a free throw.  Way to go 5th Graders!   Stay tuned as we head to the playoffs on February 26th.
